Customer service is great, and Cowboy and Guy were great in finance. But service department needs a little help with their service to people but overall, I give them a 7 out of 10 but Jess the lady that took the time out to make sure that I was truly satisfied with my vehicle purchase, and took time out to call me and check on the performance and satisfaction the next day was most impressive that's the real reason for me referring a friend or family member.

Scott and his service team are excellent.
Scott and his service team are excellent. Our 2015 Armada had an issue with the AC. They had to get with two different Nissan engineers to figure out what was wrong. Scott kept us informed throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend Scott and his service team at Suntrup Nissan on South Lindbergh.

Jonathan always has a smile and was very helpful going over all of the features, how to use them, and what are options were in purchasing the car. I feel like I’m living a nightmare. Please feel free to reach out to me and just an idea. The overall experience was positive. Dylan is a go getter and is very personable. He reached out after I had checked out a vehicle online and answered all my questions. Upon contact, the vehicle was already set for inspection and test drive and he facilitated my mechanic’s inspection of the vehicle. The finance officer was very knowledgeable in available warranty programs and found one that met my needs. I had concerns about recalls on the vehicle and if they had been addressed and was assured they had been. I believe I got fair value for my trade and price of purchased vehicle was within market values. Dealership seems very customer oriented and works hard to become the preferred dealer for future purchases. Well done. I highly recommend Subtrup Motors

Well, it is a car dealership. Our experience was fairly painless. The personnel were generally helpful, informative. Compared to other dealers where we looked where the level of dishonesty was astounding, Suntrup seemed quite honest. There were some confusions and differing sets of information regarding warranty, also something that might be wrong with the vehicle that I purchased, mileage for warranty, check up dates - between the sales department and the service department. As well, we were not informed until the signing that the vehicle’s title was to be a delayed title. We are hoping it arrives within 30 days to pay the state tax. Shopping for a car is not experience we enjoy, but after deciding on a particular make and model, Suntrup was very good for us. They were much more straightforward than many other dealers. As well, I have taken a previous car to the service department there and found them to be quite helpful and caring, informative. Our sales people were Meghan, and Adam.
