Customer service is great, and Cowboy and Guy were great in finance. But service department needs a little help with their service to people but overall, I give them a 7 out of 10 but Jess the lady that took the time out to make sure that I was truly satisfied with my vehicle purchase, and took time out to call me and check on the performance and satisfaction the next day was most impressive that's the real reason for me referring a friend or family member.

Scott and his service team are excellent.
Scott and his service team are excellent. Our 2015 Armada had an issue with the AC. They had to get with two different Nissan engineers to figure out what was wrong. Scott kept us informed throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend Scott and his service team at Suntrup Nissan on South Lindbergh.

They have been awesome!! And they are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I felt each person we interacted with was truly concerned with making us happy with our decision to purchase the Armada. Jonathan always has a smile and was very helpful going over all of the features, how to use them, and what are options were in purchasing the car. Ryan was very thorough in explaining the optional coverage we might want without being pushy. I felt the sales manager, Steve I believe, was also a great representative for Nissan and Suntrip.

We received a good price on the car.
We received a good price on the car. However, to get to the final price a rebate was used that we were not aware of. This rebate was for $750 or 3.99% financing. So, the decision was made for us to use the $750 versus the 3.99% which actually cost more money. This was determined in the finance office while completed the loan paperwork which came back at 8.82% for a credit score over 800. They did come back a day later & dropped the rate to 6.82%. This was nice - but trust was lost and the deal was not nearly as good as it could have been. Rather disappointed & probably our last dealing with Suntrup. They don’t have a great reputation & I’m seeing why.

I had already been to another nissan dealership, where I was treated very poorly, and I walked out.And I had also been to another dealership, right down the road where I was treated very poorly.And walked out, but when I arrived at suntrup, everyone was friendly and helpful.
