It was a very good experience from beginning to end. Ben greeted us at the door, took down some info and had us in the car that we were interested in very quickly. Going in I didn't have high hopes....... But after sitting there and talking and figuring out everything "Mike Million' changed my whole idea he sold me an amazing car that is perfectly babysafe. When my wife and showed up to Subtrup with the plan to find our new car, we weren’t sure how easily it would go, how quickly, how many surprises there would be. We were approached by Lucas as soon as we got there and we didn’t waste any time telling him what we wanted (VW Atlas) and expected. He took the proper notes and immediately started searching for the vehicle we were looking for! It took less than a few weeks to find the vehicle we want, get us the price we want, reasonably finance the car, and drive it away. Not to mention in the time waiting for our new car to deliver, they let us test a different Volkswagen atlas for the weekend! It was a pleasure working with Lucas, and the team there and would surely feel good about going back.
My purchase of a 2020 Passat went off perfectly. My sales person Madeline did an excellent job during the test drive phase and in the delivery phase answering all my questions and some that I didn’t think to ask. She has continued to follow up with me in the first few days after my Purchased to ensure all is working well. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining the benefits of an extended warranty opportunity.

I walked into the store and Joe greeted me with his usual smile. He had sold me a VW several years ago. He asked me what I wanted, so I told him. Five minutes later he found the Nissan Armada that best fit my needs We talked about money and he came up with an amount that I considered reasonable. Then I talked to Dan Linton, who had also sold me the Nissan Armada that I had previously owned, about arrangements to pay for the vehicle that I was buying and an extended warranty. That situation resolved, my wife and I bought the Armada. Both gentlemen did a great job putting me at ease and made it a pleasant experience to buy the vehicle. After the sale, Joe, and Nadja Becirovic gave me a tutorial, explaining the different features of the Armada and helped me get started with the Nissan Connect feature. Both took the time to make sure that I understood the functional aspects of that system. Over-all, I had an excellent experience purchasing this vehicle.

I will admit that shopping for a car ranks right up there with getting a root canal. My husband had seen the black Friday ad and I could tell he really wanted me to think seriously about looking at a new car. He didn't want me to be in the same predicament as the last few years having to leave my car at the bottom of a hill or a few miles away as I couldn't make it home from work in the snow. Yes, I walked and would've done it again just to avoid buying a new car. My husband really wanted me to have an AWD but I am stubborn. I always look at these advertisements as a bait and switch ploy to get people to come in, get hooked on a car and then been given the news that we wouldn't be able to get all the incentives offered for one reason or another. Michael our salesman approached us with a can do attitude and the guts to push for all we wanted. He kept a smile on his face and kept going back to the "finance guy". Finally the finance guy came to us. He tried to explain more or less that they were going to lose money on us if I got what I wanted. Did we want a car with a little less to stay in our price range.? Nope I said we like this one. Well he sharpened his pencil once again and we found a way to make us both happy. Dan the man did our paperwork immediately and we were new owners of a beautiful new Rogue. Michael and Dan stuck with us through this whole ordeal and made it one of my better experiences. I even won a $10 gift card in the holiday raffle. It took about 5 hours but the last couple were waiting for our car to be cleaned up as the car wash was broken. I would have insisted on not doing it had I known earlier. I am not that kind of princess needing a spot free car on a rainy cold day. Those guys in service deserved a bonus for dealing with all of this as the showroom was packed with customers meaning many cars to prepare. Again, these guys deserve a bonus! All through this Michael and Dan chatted it up with us and kept offering food and beverages. So, I have made this much longer than intended. I just want to say that Suntrup sold us 2 vehicles in one month and when and if we need another vehicle we will see them first. That is a huge accomplishment in my book. Thanks guys!

I expected that if I did qualify for a Nissan it would be an old model complète with dings and dents. My sister and I talked with Nathan Schwarzen who was so kind and sincerely friendly. There was no pressure at all. Because of his hard work and discussions with his boss and others the wait was well worth it. I told him he was a miracle worker because when he was finished I actually drove off the lot with a brand new Nissan Versa in my favorie car color...cranberry red with just 10 miles on it. Nathan and his colleagues also set me up with an amazing 10 year warranty that includes roadside assistance and more. I feel so grateful to Nathan and his associates. I honestly didnt think i would qualify without my sister co-signing and even then I was doubtful. God bless him and the rest of the staff. It was simple, stress free, and I am just so thrilled to drive my pretty Versa.

My husband and I were not looking to actually buy when we walked into this dealership 40 minutes from home. We had done a significant amount of research on what we could afford and what would fit our desires, but we were in no rush at all to actually make a move. After speaking to Hannah the internet sales rep, we knew we had to give this dealership a shot because their prices and customer service was way beyond compare to the others in the area. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted with genuine people who actually wanted to listen to our wants and needs in a car and not just push a sale. In the end, we left after test driving and came back a few hours later when we realized that no other vehicle within over 200 miles had a price that could compete despite the low mileage and incredible features on the suv we fell in love with. We returned that night and traded in my sedan. All the other dealerships quoted us $2000 less for my trade in than what Suntrup gave us which in turn made this an even better deal. Brian our salesman was beyond accommodating and considerate. He colored with our 3 year old as we signed papers in the finance office. He answered so many of my questions and eased my mind over and over with his genuine concern for my questions. I am so thankful that we made the 40 minute drive TWICE to work with the amazing staff of Suntrup! We will never go elsewhere!

Shopping around for a new car can be a very stressful experience, but Madeline did such a great job helping me find the perfect car for me and working to figure out my payment options. We went in to test drive a Titan on July 13th or 14th. Salesman seemed nice and we liked the truck. We made it clear that we were not interested in any cash out of pocket with the salesman. We were also clear what our highest payment could be. The next day my daughter went in to sign contract. Was sold gap insurance which is a better purchase through auto coverage as a matter of fact some companies provide it in base contract as long as you sign up for it. He also sold her a mechanical breakdown service agreement totaling nearly 3000.00. Pushed payment up 30$ per month. Never once did he mention Sales tax. My daughter assumed it was in the loan already. That is the way it is done in the State we come from so understandable. Come to find out Tax was not included and when called on it the Salesman made really lame excuses. We reversed the Gap and Breakdown coverage and added tax back into the loan. My daughter was told the check would be sent to the State of Missouri. I called and questioned about it and proceeded to go the DMV. Turns out the check had never been cut and I had to come get it. The gentleman who helped me with this part was very understanding and quickly did what he could correct the issue. It does get better. I called and left a VM on Monday and again on Tuesday before going to DMV on Tuesday. Messages left for finance managers hoping to clarify where check was sent and if it was sent. No return call from either message that was left. The Titan is a great truck. The last gentleman that helped me did a great job but overall my experience with Suntrip Nissan has been awful. I will not buy my next Titan from the people involved.
I had a great experience buying a new car here. I knew I wanted a GTI because I love the hatchbacks..... and I’m a professional musician, so I was very interested in the Fender 8 spkr+sub sound system that the GTI Autobahns have and I was leaning in that direction. I had the great pleasure of working with Madeline; she helped me find a GTI SE with a performance package upgrade. It’s a perfect fit for me, as I got an awesome car, including the only Autobahn feature I cared about (the sound system), at the SE price. I put that savings towards a maintenance package with Dan in financing, and I’m looking forward to keeping this car in top shape for many years to come. :) Madeline really listened to what I was looking for; I appreciated that she didn’t try to oversell me a more expensive car when the SE I ended up with was exactly what I wanted. :) Thanks Madeline and Suntrup VW!

I did my homework—features, issues, MSRP vs recent average sales prices, low-high trade value of my 2016 Maxima. I met Collin Costello and explained my situation. He was patient, professional and politely persistent. He listened intently and waited for me to share. I am a salesman. I observed him allow me to move from a questioner to a potential buyer. We ultimately agreed on a fair price. I am looking forward to getting my new 2019 Maxima Platinum Reserve.

I have never owned brand new vehicles ever. Dan was able to get me on to lease for my first car. Nadja was able to get me in my 2nd car. Was not waiting a long time before someone address me. After speaking with sales repersentive I was able to look at different vehicle and test drive and decide which vehicle I want. Wasn’t pressure into any car unless I choose.
I assisted my daughter with purchasing her first car, Stacey Tijerina was our salesperson and was great to deal with. She took her time with us and did not rush us. After two weeks, my daughter decided she did not like the car as much as she thought. We went back and talked to Todd Roth and he said he wanted us to be happy with our car purchase. We worked with Stacey again and she was just as great to deal with as the first. We even found a car at one of their other dealerships and she went and picked it up for us to look at. My daughter found another to purchase and Todd and Stacey both worked with us to make a great deal. Daniel Linton was our financial person, he made the financial deal quick and pleasant. My wife and I came in the dealership with my 2006 Nissan Altima about ready to croak, only intending to look,. We are rebuilding our credit, so obtaining a loan seemed like the biggest hurdle. Tyler addressed all of our concerns with that right away, and convinced us to let Dan Linton try and work some magic. Well let me tell you, Dan did work some magic. Apparently there were strings pulled and favors cashed to get our loan through, but he was able to get us a sweet deal for our situation. He's the real deal when it comes to auto finance. These guys stayed after hours to finish up our deal and get us driving home in our brand new 2018 Centurion Blue Nissan Rogue. I should also mention this was the day before Christmas Eve, and I know they had other places they should have been. NEVER buy a car from here! The sales people are rude until they actually think you're going to by a car. Then you sit around for HOURS and are lied to and manipulated into buying a car. Dan is a liar and loved to tell us they had their Christmas party the night before so they were all hungover. Listen, I am buying a $30k car from you. I do not feel sorry you were up all night partying. I expect professionalism and great customer service. We sat down and automatically said 7% interest. WHAT A JOKE. Also, DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH VOLKSWAGEN. He lied and said we could not use our own finance company because of the "price". Needless to say, we were tricked into a higher interest rate through Volkswagen. Not only that, but our salesperson was pretty beat up and would disappear for 30 minutes at a time and no one could locate her. We then went to the DMV to pay the sales tax because we only have 30 days before we are penalized and the dealership never said any paperwork would be mailed to us or we needed anything else from them. We continually called for 3 weeks and could not get a hold of anyone. THEN the "smart" sales lady told us to go to the post office. REALLY??? Needless to say after calling back 4 different times in one day, I finally got a hold of Adela who was the only helpful person at this dealership. I can't even believe I had to give this place 1 star. Absolutely appalling service and IF you go, make sure you get people that are not hungover and think it's funny to tell customers that.
Sarah worked with me and my situation to get me in and out. She was very personal, and didn't mind my very active toddler interrupting our conversations to tell her things like, "hey, did you know we have a puppy?", even had toys on her desk to accommodate him. I could tell that she genuinely cared, and didn't feel like she was just trying to take my money. I would recommend her and her team to any and everyone looking to by car. By far the best customer service I've ever received hands down.

Amanda did not work well with us. I was purchasing my lease from Suntrup, we had our own financing because we were NOT going to finance through the dealership to avoid any extra fees possible. All we needed from the dealership to make this happen was the lease buyout package to take back to my bank to get a check. We came in and spoke with Amanda. Of course, Amanda did everything she could to present other options and have us buy a more expensive car, we offered a price we were willing to pay for a new Rouge and they would not meet us there so we were not interested in purchasing anything new. We kept telling her, all we need is our buyout package. She said she would get it together and fax it over to my bank. I called up to Suntrup, got a hold of Amanda and provide her with all of the faxing information. She said it would be done by the end of the day(Wednesday). I called my bank that day at 3:45 (end of business day) and of course they hadn't received anything. I called first thing the next morning and spoke with Amanda, she apologized and said she would get it done that day (Thursday). I kept calling to check in on the progress, and wasn't able to speak with anyone that could help me or even knew what I was talking about. 1 person told me that I was a liar, that I never spoke to Amanda this morning because it was her off day. Well, I spoke with her. So, after work, I drove up to Suntrup to get the buyout package in my hand. The sales manager claimed that Amanda told him nothing about it. At this point, I didn't care who's fault it was but clearly, communication between employees is not happening and taking care of their customers is not a priority. Eventually, a sales manager (Dan) was able to help me out and get me my buyout package. Of course it was too late to take it to my bank for the day because they were closed by then. So, Friday (my off day) I took everything to the bank and was finally able to get the check I needed. Something I had planned on getting done Wednesday. The point is that Amanda did not take good care of us. I am assuming it was because we were buying out our lease, it wasn't a big sale for her so she just didn't care. When we spoke to her on the signing day, she had everyone else to blame but herself. So, if it wasn't her fault, then sales managers are not working well with their sales team. Either way, it's a simple task to fax paperwork and the dealership could not make that happen for us at all. We will not be shopping at Suntrup again, they do not have us as lifetime customers. If you are looking for a good sales consultant, based on our experience, I would NOT recommend Amanda. Dan and Staphen were able to help us out.
Dan was very helpful in ensuring I knew everything about the car I wanted and all the options. And worked with my budget to get me what I wanted. Everyone else I interacted with were also nice. It didn't feel like we were waiting for an excessive amount of time either.

Having been a Chrysler customer for most of my life (my Dad is a Chrysler retiree), I must say I was a little hesitant when I decided I wanted to check out what Nissan had to offer. My reluctance turned out to be completely unfounded. The dealership was clean and inviting (free chips and popcorn!) and everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I was really only interested in a Juke and Daniel went over and above to find me not only something I could afford, but the specific color I wanted, even though there were some challenges. I appreciate his willingness to make sure I got what I was looking for and I am looking forward to my Nissan adventure!

We recently purchased a new Rogue from Suntrup Nissan. This was indeed the very best buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased vehicles in several cities and states, and nothing compared to Suntrup Nissan. We met with Collin Costello on Black Friday. I had been communicating with him for several months. He knew what we were looking for in regards to color, interior, and accessories. We test drove one that was close, but not exactly what we wanted. My conclusion was that we would either get that vehicle or wait. Enter Dan Linton, Owner Loyalty Manager. When I realized that Suntrup has a Manager dedicated to Owner Loyalty, I knew this could be good. He and Collin went to work. Collin said, "If this is not exactly what you are looking for, I can find what you are looking for." And "voila," within minutes he located exactly what we were looking for. Now comes the best part; the deal he presented was way beyond what we ever imagined. Not only did Collin find the vehicle we wanted, but the deal was too good to pass up. My guess is this team never says"never," and never takes "no" for an answer. Within a few days, the Rogue was ready to pick up. In the meantime, we were given a loaner Rogue (just like the one he found for us, only different interior) to drive. When we picked up the new vehicle, it was as if it had been detailed for the showroom floor. We do not live close to Suntrup Nissan. In fact, we pass several Nissan dealerships on the way; ones I had researched. What I can honestly say is, "wherever you live, Suntrup Nissan is never too far." Ask for Collin. He is absolutely the best car sales professional I have ever worked with. He was there for us and made sure that it was an incredible experience. Thank you Collin and Dan. I purchased a new Nissan Rouge Platinum Edition on Friday Oct 29th and left the dealership at 4PM. 1 hour later my SUV was totaled after meeting the Hwy M bridge on 55 South in Perryville. No one in the vehicle was injured. On the next Monday after some embarrassment I left the NissanDealership in South County with a New Rouge Platinum Edition with my Special color Leather seats. The finance person took care of everything and made sure I knew what to do with all the paperwork as I had to get the SUV titled so it could be paid for, ETC.... Hey, you can always negotiate prices and get things done here or there. But, when you meet good people, you know what to do and I will going back to see Dan and Adela. Suntrup Nissan was the best car dealership I've done business with in the past 10 years, and here's why: Speed and quality of the sale I wanted a Nissan Rogue I had already done my research and decided to go with Nissan Rogue instead of a Hyundai Tucson. There was no hassle or stress as to trying other cars, upgrading to options I didn't want. Dan Linton was AMAZING! He listened to us and made it happen. Nissan Financing Nissan financing beat the interest rate we already had approved from our local bank. Done deal. Rear hitch installation We spoke with Dan and said we need a rear hitch installed for a bike rack.. He included the cost of that operation with the Nissan Financing. No extra money out of our pockets. The parts were ordered, and hitch installed within 2 weeks. He let us use a rental car for the day of installation! It was a HIGH QUALITY HITCH NOT A CHEAP PIECE OF METAL!!! Free car washes Any time we stop by with our Nissan Rogue we can get the car washed for free as long as we own it. Two months after purchase I'm still AMAZED at the quality of my new Nissan Rogue, and the customer service at Suntrup Nissan. If I do get another car in the future, I'm definitely sticking with Suntrup!

We have now purchased four vehicles from Dan Linton at Suntrup. He is always available for questions and loves knowing that he is sending people home with the vehicle that fits their needs. Unlike other salesmen we have dealt with at other dealerships in the past, Dan doesn’t shy away from making sure you know what’s going on every step of the way. I originally contacted Suntrup because of a price listed on Autotrader. Dan Linton called me and I let him know the price I was looking for on the new maxima and my trade-in. I told him if he can meet it we can do a deal but I understand if he can't and we don't need to waste time. He asked me to come in on the weekend and I decided to give him a try. I honestly went to Suntrup thinking there's no way we are going to work out a deal. Dan was able to get very close to the deal I was looking for so I decided to buy the car. This buy was the easiest one I've ever experienced and Dan was honest and straightforward with everything. I could tell Dan is out for the customer and not his wallet. He was more excited about me getting a good deal than any other sales person I've talked to. One negative thing in the experience was how painful it was to buy a 'new car' with a scrape in the right front bumper, scratches in the door jam, and a scuff on the lighting plate in the door jam. Dan promised to have it fixed back to new and came close to delivering. There are still some small scratches in the door jam and a scuff on the lighting plate. If it weren't for Dan and a great deal I would've walked away from buying the car. I will recommend him to anyone wanting a Nissan.
