I have all things good to say about Collin and Adella and the rest of the staff. They was so fantastic and easy to work with when I bought my 2020 Sentra. Unfortunately, no fault of theirs, we could not get the color i wanted but they turned over every stone to try to get it for me. I am just as happy with the color that I got and they took very great care of me. In fact they did such a fantastic job that 2 weeks later we went back and bought my wife a 2020 Nissan Rogue. (In the color she wanted) lol. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go and talk to Collin and he will take the best care of you for a new or used car. The dealership was clean and all the other employees were just outstanding. I really suggest if you are looking for a car to got give them a visit. You will not be sorry.

In speaking with our salesman, Todd Roth (manager) overheard my conversation about one of the headlights not working since I purchased the vehicle. Todd made a point to speak directly to me about the issue and was more than happy to take care of fixing the headlight issue. Other than the fact that I couldn’t find a parking space I thought Suntrup Nissan was great. Will was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and paid attention to me. I had such a great experience that I decided Suntrup Nissan is the only place that I would purchase a car from, besides the fact that I love the Rogue.This is the only place that I bring my car to be serviced. I recently visited Suntrup Nissan for my car to be serviced. I ended up going out of my box and leaving a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Will Zibers was my sales person. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision. He was very polite and patient with me. Before signing anything he made sure that I understood every difference from leaving to purchasing a new Rogue. He went as far as to draw a picture of a car using that so I understood. I 100% recommend Brian and this dealership. I called and told them I was coming, and they had the car I was interested in warmed up and ready to go when I got there. There was zero pressure to buy the car or to upgrade to a more expensive car. The SUV we bought was priced very competitively, and I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Brian was very fun and easy-going and made the experience great. We came back the next day so that my husband could test drive the car. Brian and his team stayed late on a Friday so we could close the deal. Finishing up all of the paperwork was very simple. They offer a great free lifetime powertrain warranty, and they also offer very affordable bumper to bumper warranties with roadside assistance and free rental cars during repairs. Further, they put new tires on the car, which is a big bonus. In addition, they cleaned and washed the car before we left even though it was past closing time. I will definitely be coming back to Brian when we need to replace our other car. Also, Brian gave us his cell phone and urged us to call him directly if there are any problems at all so we could easily take care of it. I’ve never had this good of an experience buying a car. And a final note, Brian is a great person to go to for women. He is not annoying and patronizing like some car salesman are to women. Thanks for everything. We love our new car!!

Melissa contacted me by email within 2 hours of my online request. Brian sent a personal video immediately following which was extremely helpful in viewing the vehicle online. Due to Melissa's initial contact and further correspondence, this is why we decided to go with Suntrup. We were greeted immediately by Brian once we entered the Dealership. We never felt pressured into purchasing the vehicle. The price quoted was a little higher than on the vehicle's sticker, but that was soon corrected. During the negotiating process, Brian was always quick in returning with a figure from his Manager, we did not have to wait long, which was very courteous of our time! Brian was very pleasant to deal with and we left feeling we made a very good choice on our new vehicle! If we need a different vehicle in the future, we would definitely begin our search at Suntrup Nissan. We would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

The sales process for the purchase of a used car was fine. Where this review goes bad is when it comes to service. The expertise of those who actually work on your vehicle (the technicians, not the service writers) leaves much to be desired. Over the past few years, I have had to bring my car for repairs repeatedly, and more often than not it is not diagnosed correctly and I have to bring it back and fight for a rental vehicle. There have been multiple mistakes, not just one or two. The prices are also astronomical, and very flexible I learned, if you have the energy to plead your case. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership, nor will I recommend anyone I know to do so.

I am writing you because these 2 salesmen (Doug & Beau) both are indeed assets (dealers) for Suntrup NissanVW dealership. I was driving a rental VW Jetta from the rental comapny Enterprise. I was paying a lot of money out per month to rent this car. So I went on line (Internet seeking a quotes from all the VW Jetta dealers). I made up my mind to buy a new VW Jetta if the price & service were right. Out of all the VW dealers who called or e-mailed me. I felt that Doug was being honest, caring & willing to help me get a good car. On July 31st my car was towed into Suntrup Nissan located...

On July 31st my car was towed into Suntrup Nissan located at 6000 South Lindbergh, due to it was in an accident where it hydroplaned off the road into a ditch on Highway 70 and 141 the night before. David Riemer, in the Service Department told me that my car was all good and there was no damage to the under carriage. The only things I needed were an alignment, 2 tires, a hub cap and that the car would need to go to a body shop for repairs to back bumper area. Suntrup had my car from 7/31/2020 until Car Craft Body Shop picked it up on Friday 8/7/2020. Car Craft completed the body work and I picked my car up on Wednesday 8/19/2020. I drove the weekend and noticed a noise every time I turn, so I called the dealership and let them know. My appointment was on Monday August 31st at 10:30 am to take my 2019 Nissan Altima. I talked to David Riemer again when I arrived. I told him what I needed … • I am hearing a clicking/thumping sound when I turn either way • right front tire has a slow leak • I needed an oil change Later that afternoon, David called me saying that my car has damage to the underbody carriage and it needs to go back to the body shop. He sent pictures to my email address, the body shop and to the Insurance adjuster. I asked what about the noise when I turn, the oil change and the front right tire. He said that the were just about finished with the oil change and the tire but I have to take it to the body shop. I was so confused because I was thinking about the mechanics of the car. Why aren’t you fixing the mechanics as they were the mechanics that previously worked on the issue. I also asked him, why is it that today is the first time I am hearing of damage to the underbody carriage when they received the car first and the notes on the receipt clearly state there was no damage underneath. He could not answer that question. He stated the technician says there was still dirt packed underneath. I asked, why didn’t the previous technician clean the car off so that he could do his job? How did he check the mechanics of the car if there is dirt packed in parts? That’s the reason why I’m here today cause he neglected to properly check the car. Then he blames the body shop for not fixing the damage. I’m still confused because the body shop was not responsible for the mechanics of the car. I can deal with the underbody carriage later. They refused to look at the reason for the noise, stating if I still hear the noise when the body shop replaces the shield underneath then bring the car back and they will look at it then. I asked David if it would be possible for them to compensate me with a rental car due to their negligence while the car was in the shop. He told me no right away, I then asked to speak to a Manager. David told me that the manager was probably going to say no too because this is on the body shop, but he would still have the manager call me. The Service Manager, Mason called me with terrible customer service. He knew the situation but didn’t start the conversation. I had to ask him if David told him what my issue is and what I wanted. He said yes, then he proceeded to talk. He told me no, they would not get me a rental but he would call Car Craft and speak to the manager there to see if they would. When I picked my car up later that day (around 4:45pm and they know Car Craft closes a 5 pm) I ask Mason what the outcome of the phone conversation with the manager at Car Craft was. All he said was, he called him and he the guy was going to let me know. Mason looked like he was not being honest when he told me that. It just doesn’t make since. Also, nobody ever called me to le me know my car was ready for pick up. I called the service department several times within an hour because I wanted to make it to the body shop before they closed at 5pm. I had to call the Cashier to see if my car was ready. She told me no and that she would go check with David. She called me right back saying that David left at 4pm and my car is ready that the paperwork was on his desk. A couple of days later I dropped my car off to Car Craft and asked about the rental car. The lady that was familiar with the issue with my car told me that her manager told Mason that they would not compensate me that same day he called because they were not aware of the damage underneath and Suntrup only stated damage to the body when they turned it over to them. Little side note…the front right tire’s seal was broken because there was still dirt packed between the tire and wheel. So, they resealed that tire. I have emailed Aaron Paton twice regarding my BBB complaint due to the fact that Mason was part of my complaint and he was the person responding and still to this day has never heard back from him. Poor customer service. Next, took the car to body shop and end result after 2 weeks of having my car, they told me to take the car back to Suntrup because they did the mechanics. They didn't want to touch it. I decided to take my car someplace else because I will NEVER do business with Suntrup Nissan again.

I was in Suntrup Nissan yesterday for my 15K on my 2019 Rogue. I was greeted nicely by Ashley, I had my oil changed and filter along with a Tire Rotation. Ashley informed me my cab,& air filter needed changed. I was sure glad she did, it was very dirty. Suntrup Nissan cares about you vehicle as well as you as a human being. My wife and I recently visited suntrup nissan in south county st louis. We pulled in to get the oil change and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful person named Ashley Gartner who helped through the process with great pride in her job keeping us informed every step of the way. printed up options for new tires which will need to be replaced in the near future. even helped with the check out process. we hope to have her help us upon our return for tires. great attitude made waiting easy.

This is definitely not my first Suntrup purchase. My experience in finding a vehicle that is desirable, functional & affordable keeps me coming back. A knowledgeable sales staff makes it their business to find the perfect vehicle for me, Whether I am a new or returning customer. Once that vehicle has been found, the finance team does their best to make the numbers work. GM Todd Roth, a 30 year employee has the final say. I was very pleased with my car buying transaction with Suntrup Nissan and my sales person, Samuel Dominguez. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He kept in contact with me without being overly aggressive. He gave me the facts and figures i needed and allowed me to make a decision without pressure. I had actually started my quest at another Nissan dealership and was most disappointed with the salesperson there, so i found my way to meeting Samuel at Suntrup and had a very pleasant experience. He continues to follow up with me even after my purchase to make sure that i am happy and understand all the new gadgets. I had only driven Ford products for most of my life and was a former customer of Suntrup Ford. The Nissan Rogue Sport is now my new vehicle of choice! Thanks to Sam for his knowledge and patience! I had such a great experience that I decided Suntrup Nissan is the only place that I would purchase a car from, besides the fact that I love the Rogue.This is the only place that I bring my car to be serviced. I recently visited Suntrup Nissan for my car to be serviced. I ended up going out of my box and leaving a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Will Zibers was my sales person. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision. He was very polite and patient with me. Before signing anything he made sure that I understood every difference from leaving to purchasing a new Rogue. He went as far as to draw a picture of a car using that so I understood. I did not once feel pressured to buy or lease. The staff at Nissan Suntrup are very professional and friendly ( from service to finance. I tell everyone I know that is looking to buy a car about Nissan Suntrup. Thank you for such great service.

Other than the fact that I couldn’t find a parking space I thought Suntrup Nissan was great. Will was wonderful. He made me feel very comfortable and paid attention to me. While we were waiting he filled the time with videos of the 2 cars I was looking at and helped me narrow it down to the one I bought. He made me feel welcomed and not just another customer.

I do not usually write reviews good or bad but I felt I needed to write this review. I bought my car in October but waited to write this till now to be fair and not from frustration. I had a nice salesman to start with but not very though as I will find out, probably why he is no longer there. I made an appointment to buy the car on a Saturday at 1:30 and I had a VPP employee discount that I sent them the information for before this appointment. Arrived and had to wait an hour as nothing was prepared. I was told they did not know what to do with the discount and this was the cause for some of the wait. After a the long wait and asking twice for my sales invoice to be itemized to see my discounts, which it never was, we were sent to Adela in finance (best person there) where she had to redo all their mistakes we finally left at 4:30. Ridiculous! Now upon inspecting the car before I bought it, I found a paint chip that I wanted fixed and was told they would order touch up paint and have it fixed. I was okay with all this I am from a family that has been in the car business for years I know how it works. Now everybody there just wants to take care of you and they say they will do whatever it takes. Bull! After about three weeks of not hearing anything on the paint I stopped in to check on it only to find out nothing had been done. Explained what I needed and I was sent to Aaron to order the paint for me. At that point Steve Toppins, the manager, came out to apologize and gave me his card and to call him with anything. Several days later I get an email from Nissan saying I haven’t used my employee discount and it’s going to expire. What! Now I am upset. I leave a message with Steve to go over this. Aaron called me back and said he was helping Steve out and itemized my sales invoice over the phone and tried to explain where the discount was. Now why couldn’t they do this when I asked in the dealership? So unfortunately anyone can make the numbers work and I am just not sure I can believe what they say but the sale is done and what you can do. So I made my peace with it. About week later I get a call saying my paint is in and I can pick it up anytime. I called the service department scheduling and made an appointment to have this taken care of while I was on vacation at the end of November. Since it was over a week away I decided to call the service dept. directly to let them know I got the message and when I made the appt for. I got Scott there and explained what was going on only to be told they do not fix paint damage. So why did scheduling make this appt and now what do I do? He told me to call the sales dept. and they need to figure it out. Now I am pissed!! But wait before I can call Steve I get a message from Adela at the finance department, she needs me to come back in and sign the contact again as they lost the first one on their new system. Now I hate to say this but this stressed out healthcare worker lost it. I called Steve and let loose about these two new problems. Never got a call back. Went to the dealership the next day and asked to speak with Steve. Got everyone but him. Finally he came out and I apologized for my message and he said he had not listened to his messages yet. Bull, he had so many people ready to take care of my problem and give excuses how could he not, I believe he flat out lied to me. So now I get passed off to Staphen and he is going to get the paint chip taken care. My husband and I both heard him say call him on the Monday I am on vacation and he will get me car while mine is being taken care of. Adela told us the paint guy comes into the shop on Tuesdays to take care of these problems. So I call Staphen on that Monday and don’t hear back from him till Tuesday. He says he told us to bring the car up on Monday and ask for him, not what we heard. Now he asked me to bring the car in Monday morning next week I tell him I have to be at work at 7:30 and he says that won’t work so we decide that I drop it off on the Saturday before and I will pick it up on Monday evening. All goes well and I go to pick it up after work Monday. He tells me they buffed all the scratches out and as we walk to the he points out the chip that was to be painted. I could only laugh at this point. Told him that was what the paint in the service department was for. He got flustered and said he would call me in three days then said no I should call him. I finally gave up. I went and got the touch up paint from the service department and left. I decided I was done with them in every capacity and had to let it all go for my sanity. It’s a shame I never got to enjoy the new car and wish I could just drop it off and start over. So I don’t recommend using this dealership for many reasons. It has truly been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car.
