I contacted the dealership because their website specifically states they have special financing for customer with problem credit . Well, this turned out be a lie for me. First, I was told I was approved and when I could pick the car up, then it all came crashing down. I was suddenly told I needed a co-signer and larger down payment. Their advertising is a lie and they do not honor what their website claims.

d give them zero stars if it were an option. After a month of asking for the second key to the vehicle that they were supposed to be getting it got worse. I never heard a word back from anyone. Then the “boss” text me to ask if we’re happy on our one month of having it. I immediately asked if they had the second key? I also said that when they had it I’d bring them the title and second key from my trade. They are not close to home and I see no point in making two trips. At this point nobody has asked me for my second key or even the title to my trade in not even on the day we did the trade or once since. Additionally the one key I did give them was me chasing the salesman down to give it to him. Then Kyle Ketcherside immediately starts getting rude with me and by the time the text exchange is done he’s threatening me. I reassured him that would not go well for him. Incredible costumer service all around. I’m sure the “boss” Kyle will get and delete this so please be reassured that I’ll make sure everyone on the planet gets to hear about this.

I set an online appointment for new tires. I even called like three times. First two, no answer. I guess Dave is a busy guy. Third time, reached someone. I asked if they'd have the tires in. They said they could get them in, even up to 24 hours before service. I show up for my appointment a month later, no tires.
As the commercial states, we build relationships. This is my 4th car purchase from Suntrup Nissan. Joe Dawidowski was my salesmen until his promotion, congratulations! I thought that my next salesman would have big shoes to fill. My salesman this time was Samuel Dominguez. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable with a no pressure sales approach. I told Sam what I was looking for and the price point that I wanted. Sam not only produced a 2021 Sentra but it only had 425 miles on it. Did I mention that this was a used car? It was recently traded in and I'm so glad that it was. This Sentra was a perfect fit for my family. I found my new salesman and those shoes have been filled! I purchased this 2016 Kia Soul from Brian Burjoski and Mark Migneco at Suntrup Preowned lot, on S. Lindbergh, on March 9, 2021. It has been a nightmare getting this sale finalized. The first problem was trying to get the title. It wound up taking 6 weeks before I had the title in my hand. The law says I should have received the title within 30 days (Missouri Statute 301.210). Then, when I went to the license bureau to get my plates, the inspection I was given was not for the car I had purchased. This car had never been inspected by Suntrup. Rather than deal with Suntrup, I decided to just get the car inspected myself. After speaking to Brian Burjoski, I did receive a check from Suntrup covering the penalties for registering late and for the inspection. From the beginning, I was promised, by both Brian Burjoski and Mark Migneco, a lifetime Powertrain Warrantee because this Kia has less than 100,000 miles. After NUMEROUS emails with Brian Burjoski, the last one being on May 4,2021, I still did not have any paperwork regarding this Powertrain Warrantee. It was few days away from being 2 months that I have been dealing with these problems. First I was lied to about the title, I was told it was taking so long because it was coming from another state. When I got the title, it was from Affton, Mo. When I checked with the fiance company that had the lien on the title, they told me that the lien was not paid by Suntrup until April 5, 2021. Someone really dropped the ball on that one! Only after contacting Craig Suntrup himself did I finally receive the paper work for the Lifetime Warrantee on 5/14/2021, 64 days after purchasing the vehicle.

On July 31st my car was towed into Suntrup Nissan located at 6000 South Lindbergh, due to it was in an accident where it hydroplaned off the road into a ditch on Highway 70 and 141 the night before. David Riemer, in the Service Department told me that my car was all good and there was no damage to the under carriage. The only things I needed were an alignment, 2 tires, a hub cap and that the car would need to go to a body shop for repairs to back bumper area. Suntrup had my car from 7/31/2020 until Car Craft Body Shop picked it up on Friday 8/7/2020. Car Craft completed the body work and I picked my car up on Wednesday 8/19/2020. I drove the weekend and noticed a noise every time I turn, so I called the dealership and let them know. My appointment was on Monday August 31st at 10:30 am to take my 2019 Nissan Altima. I talked to David Riemer again when I arrived. I told him what I needed … • I am hearing a clicking/thumping sound when I turn either way • right front tire has a slow leak • I needed an oil change Later that afternoon, David called me saying that my car has damage to the underbody carriage and it needs to go back to the body shop. He sent pictures to my email address, the body shop and to the Insurance adjuster. I asked what about the noise when I turn, the oil change and the front right tire. He said that the were just about finished with the oil change and the tire but I have to take it to the body shop. I was so confused because I was thinking about the mechanics of the car. Why aren’t you fixing the mechanics as they were the mechanics that previously worked on the issue. I also asked him, why is it that today is the first time I am hearing of damage to the underbody carriage when they received the car first and the notes on the receipt clearly state there was no damage underneath. He could not answer that question. He stated the technician says there was still dirt packed underneath. I asked, why didn’t the previous technician clean the car off so that he could do his job? How did he check the mechanics of the car if there is dirt packed in parts? That’s the reason why I’m here today cause he neglected to properly check the car. Then he blames the body shop for not fixing the damage. I’m still confused because the body shop was not responsible for the mechanics of the car. I can deal with the underbody carriage later. They refused to look at the reason for the noise, stating if I still hear the noise when the body shop replaces the shield underneath then bring the car back and they will look at it then. I asked David if it would be possible for them to compensate me with a rental car due to their negligence while the car was in the shop. He told me no right away, I then asked to speak to a Manager. David told me that the manager was probably going to say no too because this is on the body shop, but he would still have the manager call me. The Service Manager, Mason called me with terrible customer service. He knew the situation but didn’t start the conversation. I had to ask him if David told him what my issue is and what I wanted. He said yes, then he proceeded to talk. He told me no, they would not get me a rental but he would call Car Craft and speak to the manager there to see if they would. When I picked my car up later that day (around 4:45pm and they know Car Craft closes a 5 pm) I ask Mason what the outcome of the phone conversation with the manager at Car Craft was. All he said was, he called him and he the guy was going to let me know. Mason looked like he was not being honest when he told me that. It just doesn’t make since. Also, nobody ever called me to le me know my car was ready for pick up. I called the service department several times within an hour because I wanted to make it to the body shop before they closed at 5pm. I had to call the Cashier to see if my car was ready. She told me no and that she would go check with David. She called me right back saying that David left at 4pm and my car is ready that the paperwork was on his desk. A couple of days later I dropped my car off to Car Craft and asked about the rental car. The lady that was familiar with the issue with my car told me that her manager told Mason that they would not compensate me that same day he called because they were not aware of the damage underneath and Suntrup only stated damage to the body when they turned it over to them. Little side note…the front right tire’s seal was broken because there was still dirt packed between the tire and wheel. So, they resealed that tire. I have emailed Aaron Paton twice regarding my BBB complaint due to the fact that Mason was part of my complaint and he was the person responding and still to this day has never heard back from him. Poor customer service. Next, took the car to body shop and end result after 2 weeks of having my car, they told me to take the car back to Suntrup because they did the mechanics. They didn't want to touch it. I decided to take my car someplace else because I will NEVER do business with Suntrup Nissan again.
I was in Suntrup Nissan yesterday for my 15K on my 2019 Rogue. I was greeted nicely by Ashley, I had my oil changed and filter along with a Tire Rotation. Ashley informed me my cab,& air filter needed changed. I was sure glad she did, it was very dirty. Suntrup Nissan cares about you vehicle as well as you as a human being. I scheduled a service appointment online to have my oil changed, my tires rotated and two recalls completed. My appointment was at 7:40. After realizing I was going to be 20-25 minutes late, I called the service department to ask if I needed to reschedule. I was told no and they said it was not a problem. The service advisor Doug informed me they would have to order parts for the recalls and they would not be able to complete those today. He asked if I was dropping off the vehicle or staying. I informed him I would stay and he said it should be about 90 minutes. I took a seat in the waiting room at 8:15 am. After hitting the 2.5 hour mark, I went to ask Doug if my car was almost done. He said they were doing one of the recalls and it wouldn’t be much longer. At the 3 hour mark, I went back to find Doug and he informed me that I had a drop off appointment and he didn’t know how much longer it would be. I apologized for not realizing that I had scheduled a drop off appointment but informed him that he told me about 90 minutes and has not once provided me an update or asked if I had time to wait for the recall work to be completed. Doug was incredibly rude and just kept telling me that I had a drop off appointment. I then asked to speak to the service manager. I met with Mason who first apologized and told me he was going to get an update. Mason came back and told me the car was still having the recall work done. He didn’t have an estimated time of completion. He then informed me that both the dealership and me are to blame. He said that I was late and scheduled a drop off appointment. I informed Mason that I called to notify them that I was going to be late and was told I didn’t need to reschedule. I also informed him that I understand I booked a drop off appointment by mistake but when notifying Doug that I was going to wait, Doug should have indicated that they cannot promise a time due to my appointment being for drop off. He didn't. He indicated my wait would be about 90 minutes. There has been zero communication from doug and this entire experience has been horrible. It is now 11:45 and I’m still sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car. 3.5 hours and counting for a 90 minute appointment and apparently I’m partially to blame.

He didn’t have an estimated time of completion. He then informed me that both the dealership and me are to blame. He said that I was late and scheduled a drop off appointment. I informed Mason that I called to notify them that I was going to be late and was told I didn’t need to reschedule. I also informed him that I understand I booked a drop off appointment by mistake but when notifying Doug that I was going to wait, Doug should have indicated that they cannot promise a time due to my appointment being for drop off. He didn't. He indicated my wait would be about 90 minutes. There has been zero communication from doug and this entire experience has been horrible. It is now 11:45 and I’m still sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car. 3.5 hours and counting for a 90 minute appointment and apparently I’m partially to blame.
