They made it easy to purchase a vehicle. I wish that they would have given me a bit more information about the extra thing that I paid for, and I really do not like the "dealer fee " we were stuck paying. I had said a 36 month loan, and they set it up for 60, not real impressed with the lack of attention to what I had asked for.
I immediately had a good feeling with your salesmen, I talked to Tony first, he got me started for Zach, Zach came in and was smooth and told me he didn't see any problem at all for our deal. Overall, my experience was disappointing. The salesperson was friendly, but the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was absolutely ridiculous. The Nissan financing promotion was not fully explained to me, and I later realized it added approximately $8,000 to the total cost of my purchase. I would have preferred to purchase the vehicle without the added products or extras, but I did not feel that was made clear during the financing process.
