Jill used deceptive business practices throughout the financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn down - look like a used car barn. I was made to wait too long. I was met with aggression, disrespect, lies about my ability to cancel additional service cost/plans, Sales person reprimanded me, sales ‘managers’ refused to provide their names. I had said a 36 month loan, and they set it up for 60, not real impressed with the lack of attention to what I had asked for.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. The salesperson was friendly, but the trade-in value offered for my vehicle was absolutely ridiculous. The Nissan financing promotion was not fully explained to me, and I later realized it added approximately $8,000 to the total cost of my purchase. I would have preferred to purchase the vehicle without the added products or extras, but I did not feel that was made clear during the financing process.

We received a good price on the car. However, to get to the final price a rebate was used that we were not aware of. This rebate was for $750 or 3.99% financing. So, the decision was made for us to use the $750 versus the 3.99% which actually cost more money. This was determined in the finance office while completed the loan paperwork which came back at 8.82% for a credit score over 800. They did come back a day later & dropped the rate to 6.82%.
