He explained every feature, answered every question, provided multiple options for financing/monthly payment, and has continued to stay in touch post-purchase. The overall experience was positive. Dylan is a go getter and is very personable. He reached out after I had checked out a vehicle online and answered all my questions. Upon contact, the vehicle was already set for inspection and test drive and he facilitated my mechanic’s inspection of the vehicle. The finance officer was very knowledgeable in available warranty programs and found one that met my needs. I had concerns about recalls on the vehicle and if they had been addressed and was assured they had been. I believe I got fair value for my trade and price of purchased vehicle was within market values. Dealership seems very customer oriented and works hard to become the preferred dealer for future purchases. Well done. I highly recommend Subtrup Motors

I wish that they would have given me a bit more information about the extra thing that I paid for, and I really do not like the "dealer fee " we were stuck paying. I had said a 36 month loan, and they set it up for 60, not real impressed with the lack of attention to what I had asked for.

We received a good price on the car.
We received a good price on the car. However, to get to the final price a rebate was used that we were not aware of. This rebate was for $750 or 3.99% financing. So, the decision was made for us to use the $750 versus the 3.99% which actually cost more money. This was determined in the finance office while completed the loan paperwork which came back at 8.82% for a credit score over 800. They did come back a day later & dropped the rate to 6.82%. This was nice - but trust was lost and the deal was not nearly as good as it could have been. Rather disappointed & probably our last dealing with Suntrup. They don’t have a great reputation & I’m seeing why.

Jill used deceptive business practices throughout the financial process. I went back to resolve 2 business days later and was escorted out of the main building to a building that was about to be torn down - look like a used car barn. I was made to wait too long. I was met with aggression, disrespect, lies about my ability to cancel additional service cost/plans, Sales person reprimanded me, sales ‘managers’ refused to provide their names. Sales manager refused to give me Mr. Suntrups, owner’s contact information. I was not allowed to have photocopies of paperwork that had my signature. I was also not given photocopy of “service plan” financial paper that never had the $3,200 written on it (which was the issue of contention). Overall I left with a bile in my mouth and utter shock to the level of unprofessional, disrespectful, uncivil, discourteous treatment I received.
