Rick was very knowledgeable in explaining the features of the Nissan Rogue to us. He was patient, low pressure and answered our questions. I really appreciate the staff at this NISSAN location. The fact that I just leased my 3rd car here speaks for itself. This week I met with Brad Hotop. I walked into the store and Joe greeted me with his usual smile. He had sold me a VW several years ago. He asked me what I wanted, so I told him. Five minutes later he found the Nissan Armada that best fit my needs We talked about money and he came up with an amount that I considered reasonable. Then I talked to Dan Linton, who had also sold me the Nissan Armada that I had previously owned, about arrangements to pay for the vehicle that I was buying and an extended warranty. That situation resolved, my wife and I bought the Armada. Both gentlemen did a great job putting me at ease and made it a pleasant experience to buy the vehicle. After the sale, Joe, and Nadja Becirovic gave me a tutorial, explaining the different features of the Armada and helped me get started with the Nissan Connect feature. Both took the time to make sure that I understood the functional aspects of that system. Over-all, I had an excellent experience purchasing this vehicle.

This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Suntrup Nissan and as soon as we walked in the door we were immediately greeted by Joe Dawidouski. I told Joe that I wanted to take a test drive with a Nissan Rogue before we discussed any details and Joe said that was no problem, therefore Joe got the keys and we went to the vehicle. Joe explained all of the features on the Rogue and how they worked and went with us on the test drive and answered all of our questions. Joe helped the negotiations go smoothly and we came to a mutual agreement. Since Suntrup did not currently have the color of the exterior and interior of the Rogue we wanted, Joe promptly checked and said he would have the car delivered to Suntrup in a couple of days so Joe gave us a Rogue to drive in the interim which was great because I got to try out everything. In a couple of days Joe called me and said the Rogue came in and Joe let us watch some short videos on various functions on the Rogue which proved to be very helpful and then he took us to our new Rogue SL AWD and he set up our phones for us and programmed our favorite radio stations. Also, Joe had the car washed and got us a full tank of gas. It was a pleasure working with Joe and I would highly recommend Joe Dawidouski to anyone who likes a friendly, courteous, stress-free, knowledgeable and down-to- earth sales person to work with.

I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier Pro4x from Suntrup Nissan in May of this year unfortunately I bought a lemon up a truck in after supper repairs Nissan corporate has agreed to replace my truck with a brand new 2019 . Suntrup Nissan has been there through every phase in every aspect of this complicated situation. however the real story here is my salesman Joe he has been dealing with this since May and it is now November he has dealt with me he has dealt with his sales managers and he has dealt with Nissan corporate daily weekly through this whole process he does he is an amazing sales man who has went above and beyond the call of duty I highly recommend Jojo to anyone looking for a vehicle . Kudos to Nissan corporate for fixing this kudos to Suntrup Nissan for being there but Joe you are a rockstar thank you for all your efforts in all you have done throughout this complicated situation !!!!!!

The experience was so no nonsense and enjoyable that I returned to lease a Sentra for my daughter and a Rogue for my dad. i recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue loaded w/ options from Joe Dawidouski. I was initially considering a new Altima but when i was informed i could get a very nice deal on my first SUV i had to take a test drive. I was immediately impressed w/ many of the features such as the blind spot warning lights, heated seats & heated steering wheel & the double window moon roof and honestly this is the first vehicle i've ever had with a legit sound system. Bought a '18 Nissan Rogue from Joe Dawidouski and I'm loving the vehicle as much as I loved my buying experience. Joe actually listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle rather than just trying to sell me whichever car had been on the lot longest. As an example, I bought the '18 because of the Apple Carplay feature to which Joe brought to my attention after understanding that technology features were higher on my priority list. Beyond that, I wasn't at the dealership for endless hours negotiating the price. Instead, Joe was very transparent in what he was able to do - which was very close to my desired price right off the bat, A small discussion and we were able to seal the deal as they say. Further, my experience with the finance team was just as good as it was dealing with Joe - in and out with no surprises. When I went into Suntrup Nissan, I was only planning on looking at the Versa then going to other dealerships compare it with other similar size vehicles. Instead, after talking with Joe and test driving the Versa, I purchased one that night. Joe was great. He listened to what I wanted, which was no frills basic transportation, and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. He was knowledgeable about their product and warranties. He let me test drive it as long as I needed. When some of the papers I thought would be coming in the mail didn't, he was quick to get me copies.
Recently purchased Nissan Sentra SV, after only finding a white version Joe went out of his way to get the silver one which was the color I truely wanted. Also showed me some of the features that were really cool like the Siri reading text and ability to use Bluetooth to play music through my phone.
