We were really just in the initial "looking" stage, but the salesman who greeted us, Brad Hotop, was so helpful and attentive, we ended up buying a new car that very day without even going anywhere else. Brad ascertained what we wanted in a new vehicle and quickly set up us for a test drive in a 2020 Rogue. He worked with us to get a fair trade-in on our older vehicle and made sure our new car had all the features we wanted. Aaron was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted & jumped through hoops to get it all done! I was way too excited to leave in my GORGEOUS new car, that I forgot to get a photo with my car! Aaron drove 45 minutes to make sure I got my photo & even brought a confetti cannon! I mean this guy is fantastic. I can’t wait to see him again for my next ride! My Nissan Sentra car was stolen, wrecked, and totaled, so I unexpectedly was in the market for a new vehicle. I returned to Suntrup Nissan to look at pick-up trucks, and met Adela in finance, who immediately put my mind at ease. Adela was just awesome, and she then put me in touch Joe Dawidouski in sales to go look at a truck Adela picked out for me that would’ve meet my financial needs. From there, everything was easy peasy, and I drove home with a beautiful 2020 Nissan Frontier that evening! Joe and another salesperson even followed me home with my rental car, since I had to return it the next day, and had no one to help me drive it home! Considering how upset I was about my Sentra being stolen, and totaled, Joe & Adela did everything possible to help me complete this transaction with no worries!! What a great experience from a fabulous team! Aaron showed great patience with my indecisiveness and ensured I had all questions answered, while working hard to find the perfect vehicle for me. His follow through was great from beginning to end. He genuinely cares about his customers. Joe stepped right in while Aaron was busy with other customers. He was very friendly and helped ensure I test drove multiple vehicle models in order to compare and be comfortable with my final decision. Reginald, while not directly involved in my sale, took the time to greet me and talk with me while I was looking at various cars. He was genuinely excited when I arrived and saw my new vehicle. It was a great moment! Stacey was very proficient in explaining all financing and addressing my questions clearly and professionally, while wearing a smile the entire time. Kyle was on hand for the closing to ensure the entire process went smoothly. He was very engaging and it was great to see a manager take on a supportive role for his team. Every employee I encountered, even those not involved in my sale, were quite friendly and certainly shared in the overall experience. There is pride and professionalism throughout the team!

I 100% recommend Brian and this dealership. I called and told them I was coming, and they had the car I was interested in warmed up and ready to go when I got there. There was zero pressure to buy the car or to upgrade to a more expensive car. The SUV we bought was priced very competitively, and I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Brian was very fun and easy-going and made the experience great. We came back the next day so that my husband could test drive the car. Brian and his team stayed late on a Friday so we could close the deal. Finishing up all of the paperwork was very simple. They offer a great free lifetime powertrain warranty, and they also offer very affordable bumper to bumper warranties with roadside assistance and free rental cars during repairs. Further, they put new tires on the car, which is a big bonus. In addition, they cleaned and washed the car before we left even though it was past closing time. I will definitely be coming back to Brian when we need to replace our other car. Also, Brian gave us his cell phone and urged us to call him directly if there are any problems at all so we could easily take care of it. I’ve never had this good of an experience buying a car. And a final note, Brian is a great person to go to for women. He is not annoying and patronizing like some car salesman are to women. Thanks for everything. We love our new car!!

Straightforward and responsive.
Just purchased a used Subaru Forester from Mike Meyer at Suntrup. I knew I wanted a used Forester, and had been searching online after visiting a few dealers in person. I contacted Mike a few hours after the vehicle was posted to an online site (Autotraders? Edmunds? One of those..). By 8 am the next morning, he had sent a 360, interior/exterior video of the vehicle, describing the features. He answered all questions, and I never felt like I was being 'talked down' to or that I was being manipulated into something I didn't want. He facilitated the transaction incredibly well, and a few days later, I drove 2.5 hours to pick up my new Forester. No other dealer responded so quickly, and responded only to my request. Now I need to go try to unsubscribe and get other dealers to take me off their phone list, even though I informed them several days ago I had purchased another car. Mike is great, and I wouldn't have purchased from Suntrup without him.

The pre-purchase process was easy. Jeff is fantastic and really made that part of the process enjoyable. He was funny and personable. The financing part I could have done without, I found Armin to be condescending, non-interested and judgemental; was not impressed and certainly wouldn’t reach out to him again. Since bringing the car home I have struggled with obtaining the removed navigation card that should have been in the car before I left the lot. I’ve had to continually follow up with no answer as of today (it’s been 8 days). I was also disappointed because when I got in the car to drive it home the first day-it was empty so I had to stop at the gas station on the way home to fill it up. If it wasn’t for the pre-sales process, I wouldn’t have purchased from here. All in all my suggestion is to make sure you get everything you need before you leave the lot.

Overall, we had a pleasant experience with Suntrup, the folks there were very helpful, allowing us to test the cars quickly and efficiently. There was a bit of a mishap, one of the cars we were looking at and had decided on was sold to someone else the very same morning, and we weren't notified, however Chip was very helpful and more than made up for it, he helped us get an amazing car for an amazing price, he helped us with all of our needs.

Buyers beware! Horrible service they told me they had the right to refuse service to anyone they want. My heat has been broke for over a year(2018 brand new zero miles bought from them)and they say it work. After having my car in the shop four times I took it back as they asked when the heat was not working. Blaze wanted to fight you n the showroom. He was cornered with all his lies and could not deliver. Then wanted to fight and try and kick me out of the dealership. If he is going to use these bullying techniques on men women watch out. Aggressive sales person is one thing wanting to fight is a different. This is the third vehicle we bought from them. We will not be going back.

They genuinely care about you and your financial situation and aren’t afraid to offer you a little more too, I appreciate having options and seeing all the different possibilities. Blaze is the man. We’ve got two leased Jettas with his help and additionally purchased a 2021 Atlas. In a global pandemic it amazes me how hard they are working to ensure the safety of their patrons and to make sure the quality of service is provided. My journey started with receiving a mailer about some offers since it was Blaze’s 5th anniversary. The Atlas has been on my radar since it’s inception in 2018 and no better time to crunch numbers again since we (my family) was looking at consolidating to Chevys we had into one vehicle. I filled out a form online, the next day Collin called and answered a few questions I had and then set an appointment for us to work with Blaze (since we had worked with him on previous leases). I’d done all my research, asked questions, did a test drive, and then the numbers were nearly spot on with my estimates for our trade-ins and the final numbers were perfect for our budget! Adela made all the legal jargon make sense, broke things down and honestly was just a pleasure to converse with. She was the icing, Blaze was the cake. I’m always impressed with VW from the sales team, finance to service. 10 for 10, I highly recommend.

I have all things good to say about Collin and Adella and the rest of the staff. They was so fantastic and easy to work with when I bought my 2020 Sentra. Unfortunately, no fault of theirs, we could not get the color i wanted but they turned over every stone to try to get it for me. I am just as happy with the color that I got and they took very great care of me. In fact they did such a fantastic job that 2 weeks later we went back and bought my wife a 2020 Nissan Rogue. (In the color she wanted) lol. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go and talk to Collin and he will take the best care of you for a new or used car. The dealership was clean and all the other employees were just outstanding. I really suggest if you are looking for a car to got give them a visit. You will not be sorry.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience buying our car. Collin was extremely professional and patient with all of our questions. He was able to get us into a car we love with even more upgrades than we originally thought we could get. He is the best. On to financing, Dan helped us and got us a GREAT deal on our loan and helped us pick a warranty that worked best for our needs. He was fantastic to work with (and hilarious). I would absolutely recommend Suntrup Nissan!

We pulled in to get the oil change and were greeted by a very friendly and helpful person named Ashley Gartner who helped through the process with great pride in her job keeping us informed every step of the way. printed up options for new tires which will need to be replaced in the near future. even helped with the check out process. we hope to have her help us upon our return for tires. great attitude made waiting easy.

This had to be one of the best, if not the best...
This had to be one of the best, if not the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car, new or used. From the initial contact online after finding the van, to setting up the test drive, to all the paperwork, the guys were incredible. We were introduced to the sales manager Todd right away. Dan Fischer was extremely polite and helpful, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. Mark Migneco was also awesome to deal with, but I was already aware of his greatness having worked for him 20 years ago! Steve made the finance process easy and painless. Overall, this experience was amazing. We got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and we were treated wonderfully!
