Origins

Medelia Inc. was founded by Delia Passi, former Publisher of Working Mother magazine and responsible for the pinnacle success of the 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers list. She is the author of Winning the Toughest Customer; the Essential Guide to Selling to Women. In 2002, she formed Medelia Inc. which has worked with 30%+ of Fortune 500 companies to support their efforts to increase sales and loyalty among women. In 2007, Medelia partnered with the Wharton School of Business to conduct the first ever gender-based customer satisfaction study. The groundbreaking results supported the launch of WomenCertified, home of the Women's Choice Award, as well as set the foundation for the our research process to determine brands and businesses that qualify for the Women's Choice Award.
